Roasted Pumpkin Seeds

Grab yourself a pumpkin and get to carving! See my recipe below for savory roasted pumpkin seeds!

One of the best by-products of pumpkin carving is the roasted seeds; as a kid, my mom made these every year. It's so easy, enjoy!

Need:
Seeds from one large pumpkin (about 2 cups)
2 tsps salt
1 tsp garlic powder
4 tsps Worcestershire sauce
A dash of pepper
Olive oil to taste

Method:
Ribse the seeds and clean off any pulp.
Toss the seasonings, olive oil and pumpkin seeds together in a bowl to coat the seeds.
Spread over parchment paper on a baking sheet.

Bake at 375 for about 45 minutes and ENJOY!
